Meloidogyne incognita induced proteinase inhibitor I gene expression in host tissues at different days post-infections. Housekeeping gene Actin gene was used to normalize expression of genes of interest. Relative gene expression was calculated biological replicates using the 2△△Ct method and uninfected (control) values were subtracted from infected values. Y axis represents relative gene expressions, X axis indicates 1 dpi, 3 dpi, 7 dpi, 14 dpi, and 21 dpi following Meloidogyne incognita infection.
