Effects of GRg3-mix on protein expression of LPS-induced RAW 264.7 macrophages. RAW264.7 cells were treated with GRg3-mix (6.25, 12.5, 25, and 50μg/mL) followed by LPS activation. After 48 h of incubation, the protein was extracted and quantified using the Bradford assay. SDS-PAGE was performed to visualize the protein expression of inflammatory cytokines (A).
