Dynamic changes in the serum antibody levels of immunized chickens. The serum antibody levels were measured by indirect ELISA. The serum was collected at four time points. Day 0, for determination of the preimmunization titer. Numbers represent the mean optical density at 450 nm (OD 450) of serum samples collected at 0, 14, 28, and 42 days after immunization in each group. Chickens were immunized with rPvpA-pMGA (50μg and 20μg), ts-11 vaccine strain, S6 strain, adjuvant, and PBS groups. rPvpA-pMGA (rPro1): 50μg, rPvpA-pMGA (rPro2): 20μg
