Determination of the optimal concentrations of the antigen and antibodies used in ELISA test. The micro-titer plate was sensitized with different concentrations of BaGST2 or BaGST3 starting from 640 ng/mL and ending with 20 ng/mL. The serial dilution of anti-BAGST2 polyclonal antibodies used was from 1:1000 to 1:32000 (a) and that for anti-BaGST3 was from 1:2000 to 1:128000 (b)
