The gel shows all the possible genotypes. The samples (50 ng) were loaded and ran against a 100-bp DNA ladder marker. In the case of homozygous wild CC as in lanes 5, 6, 7, and 11, 3 bands were obtained (88, 82, and 60bps). In the case of heterozygous CT as in lanes 2, 3, 4, and 8, 4 bands were obtained (148, 88, 82, and 60bps), while for homozygous minor TT as in lanes 9 and 10, only 2 bands were obtained (148 and 82bps)
