An overview of the interaction between auxin, GA, and CK hormones during tuber initiation. CK regulates the auxin pathway by influencing the expression of its signaling components. Auxin decreased significant levels of GA at the tuber initiation stage with gibberellin signaling. KNOX proteins promote activation of CK and repression of GA biosynthesis and signaling.
