Solubility assessment of anti-EpEX-scFv protein in four hosts. The total (T), soluble (S), and insoluble (IS) fractions of the expressed protein were prepared and subjected to SDS-PAGE. Bands related to anti-EpEX-scFv protein expressed in a BL21^TM (DE3), b Rosetta^TM, c SHuffle^TM T7, and d Origami^TM (DE3) were visualized by coomassie brilliant blue staining. The experiments were performed in duplicates (1) and (2) for each strain.
