The lighter the shade of color, the greater the relative expression difference. Gene expression patterns of DCS and CURS3 were more closely associated and distant from CURS1 and CURS2 gene expression patterns among the genotypes at all stages of growth. The upregulation of most of the genes was found at SII as compared with other states under study. GNT-2, NDH-98, and Pratibha expressions are the average expressions of all three stages
